How do I place an order?
Do you offer same day delivery/pickup?
We offer same day pick up from our store in enfield and local same day delivery with a third party on selected products. Simply call us during our trading hours to order.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Jcb.
Can I make changes to my order details after it has been placed?
Changes to an order will be accepted a maximum of 12 hours before the pick up/delivery date.
Can I cancel/refund my order?
Orders can be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued, if Pancake Pleasures is provided within 24 hours notice via email, prior to scheduled delivery/pickup.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can! Pick up is from our store in Enfield at Shop 3 32-34 coronation parade Enfield 2136. Parking for pick up is limited at the front of our store, or ample parking can be found at 1 Coronation Parade South Strathfield 2136.

What are your delivery times?
Delivery times cannot be chosen. All our deliveries are strictly made between 10am/5pm. If you wish to receive your pancakes at a certain time, we are happy to provide you with a pick up time of your choice, between 9am/7pm.
What is the cost of delivery?
We charge a rate of either $17 or $25 depending on the suburb.
What if nobody is home to accept the delivery?
If no one is present at the location of delivery, the order will be placed in a safe place, and a photo of the delivered package would be taken and sent to the customer. Please note, we will not be responsible for any ‘melted’ or ‘infested’ products as it is the customers responsibility to attend to the pancakes within delivery frame time of 11am - 4pm.
If there is nowhere safe to leave the pancakes or the driver cannot access the delivery address, the number registered with the order will be contacted. If the customer does not answer after one attempt or the contact number is incorrect, the cake will be returned to the Pancake Pleasures kitchen and a re-delivery fee of $17 will apply.
Do you deliver to hotels, businesses or schools?
We offer deliveries to all locations listed above. We do not recommend sending to any location that will not be available after 3pm as we strictly cannot accommodate deliveries to a specific time.

How do I store my pancakes?
DO NOT store the Pancakes in the fridge under any circumstances.
Our pancakes are made fresh daily according to the order, and are best consumed when stored in a cool dry place.
If pancakes are stored in the fridge, this will cause them to harden and become dry.
How long can I consumer my pancakes after the day of delivery/pickup?
Our pancakes are best consumed on the first day of delivery/pickup, though, they could be consumed up to 2 days after receiving them.
Do your products contain nuts?
Not all of our products contain nuts. Only certain flavours chosen may contain nuts. Please read our flavour descriptions and see our dietary explanations to see which flavours suit your needs.
